Multifamily Income Qualified
Program Overview
The AmerenUE Multifamily Income Qualified (IQ) Energy Efficiency Program helps Building Owners and Managers of subsidized rental properties install new and approved energy efficient replacement appliances and fixtures in dwelling units. This program will reimburse owners for up to 100% of the installed costs of Program-eligible energy efficiency measures, not to exceed program limits.
To be eligible for the direct installation incentives, you must also participate in the AmerenUE Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program. By doing so, you can earn cash incentives for making energy-saving improvements throughout common areas in your building(s). These energy efficiency measures will create immediate and sustainable savings in participating buildings, making them less expensive to operate and maintain. Tenants, such as seniors, people with disabilities or income-eligible families, will appreciate living in greater comfort and more efficient units.
